Limited License: Subject to this Agreement, SHLLC grants you a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited-purpose right to access and use the services associated with a valid subscription.
Feedback: Any ideas, suggestions, or concepts provided to SHLLC regarding the services or site shall become our sole property without compensation or obligation to you.
The Site and all associated content, software, and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. SHLLC expressly disclaims all representations and warranties of any kind—whether express or implied—including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, system integration, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party’s liability for any single incident arising out of or related to this Agreement will exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SHLLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and partners from and against any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Auto-Renewal: Unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew, and we are authorized to collect the applicable renewal fee using your on-file payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Refund Window: Paid subscriptions canceled within the first fourteen (14) days of opening your account are eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, for any claims arising out of this Agreement.
